Along with Jada, several local artists will also take the stage, including Teargas, T-bo Touch, DJ Tira, Jozi, Velemseni Lando Dlamini, Zaza, Papz, Crooks, Izzy and Stitch.

The benefit performance will be held at the Mavuso Trade Centre, as part of the charity's new re-launch efforts and it will be aired live on the South African Channel O.

In December, the Lox rapper announced plans to release a new mixtape titled 'I Love You' as a tribute to his fans. In February, he premiered a trailer for the street compilation, in addition to five new tracks, but still has not given it an official release date. 'I Love You' will be a follow-up to Jada's DJ Drama and DJ Green Lantern hosted mixtape, 'The Champ is Here 3,' which was released in May. His fourth studio album 'Top 5, Dead or Alive' is tentatively slated for release later this year.

Last spring, Jada and his LOX crew were in talks with Bad Boy CEO Diddy, to ink a new contract, but the reunion deal was never finalized.
